TASK OF THE PROJECT
To design a series of high-end strategic presentations for an immersive cultural event, each tailored to a specific audience while maintaining a unified philosophy, tone of voice, and visual language.
The task was to translate an abstract, emotion-driven concept into multiple structured decks — for brand partners and community partners — clearly articulating value, collaboration formats, and a turnkey event solution without relying on traditional promotional language.
The client’s request
The client needed not a single presentation, but a flexible presentation system that could adapt to different partnership contexts.
Key requirements included:
— Developing separate decks for brands and communities, each with a distinct focus
— Positioning collaboration as a long-term cultural partnership, not advertising or sponsorship
— Emphasizing the global shift toward offline, experiential brand engagement
— Clearly communicating a turnkey event solution for partners
— Avoiding corporate or sales-driven language in favor of an editorial, cultural tone
— Ensuring that each presentation could stand alone while remaining part of a cohesive narrative ecosystem
The presentations had to feel intentional, premium, and emotionally intelligent — aligned with cultural and experiential projects rather than classic marketing materials.
